1. Returns

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must not be marked as non-returnable or final sale.
• The item must be returned within 30 days from receipt.

How to Return an Item:

1. Contactus at support@greenertool.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return Our customer service team wilprovide you with the return address based on your location.
2. Curenty, we are unable to provide return shipping labels. We kindy ask that you check the return shipping cost with your courier or postalservice. Please also provide us with the tracking number once the return shipment has been made.3. Once you receive the return address, please securely pack the item(s) and ship them to the provided address.

Return Shipping Costs:

• If the return is due to an error on our part (eg. defective or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
• If you are returning an item for any other reason (eg. change of mind), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs

2. Refunds

Once we receive your retuned item, we willinspect it and proces your refund within [7-10] business days Refunds will be issued to the originalpayment method. Please note:

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• If the returned item does not meet the return requirements, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.

3. Order Cancellation

To cancel an order, please contact us at support@greenertool.com as soon as possible, before the order is shipped While we willdo our best toccommodate your cancelation request, please note that submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation, as we processorders quickly.

• If your cancellation is successful, you will receive an email confirmation.
• Once an order has been shipped we are unable to cancel it In this case, please wat for the delivery and initate a return within 30 days ofreceipt.
  

Note: Failure to follow the retum process, or rejecting a delivered order, may resultin the loss of the item during transit or rejection by ourwarehouse due to missing return registration, which could make you ineligible for a refund or replacement

4. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.If you would lke a different item, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for theitem of your choice.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

Ifyou receive a damaged or defective tem, please contactus immediately at support@greenertool.com with a description and photos/videos of thedamage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

6. Late or Missing Refunds
